Job Description
A drivers mate to assist the driver in delivering two man deliveries of medical aids within the communities of RCT, Bridgend and Merthyr
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY
To assist the drivers in ensuring items of equipment are delivered and collected safely within the required timescales
To assist in the picking and loading/unloading of goods to the vehicles
To assist stores personnel as required ensuring goods are stored safely and within the designated areas
To provide an excellent level of customer service whilst dealing with clients and partners
To follow all correct policies and procedures including risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work
To work with all members of staff to ensure that Business and Department goals are achieved, within quality standards.
To work with the team to ensure up to date product knowledge.
Welsh Language Level 1 - All employees will be required to undertake a basic Welsh
Language Induction to reach this level. Please refer to The Welsh Language Skills Guidance online
