Midland Recruitment based in Studley, Warwickshire provide temporary and long term Workforce solutions to companies throughout the UK.
Due to our growth and success we are looking to recruit an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultants in the Bristol area.
THIS POSITION IS BASED IN BRISTOL ON A WORK FROM HOME BASIS
Responsibilities
* Candidate Resourcing
* Managing candidates
* Candidate retention
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Business Development
* Arranging & attending sales meetings
* Telephone sales.
The successful candidate will have:
* Knowledge of recruitment processes
* Excellent organisational skills
* The ability to build strong relationships with both clients & candidates
* Work as part of a team
* Have excellent telephone manor & customer service skills
* A Minimum of two years previous experience
