Responsibilities include: * Designing and implementing scalable software solutions for robotic and digital chemistry systems. * Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, automation, and science. * Driving development of new features, tools and user interfaces to enhance platforms. * Ensuring high-quality code through continuous integration, testing, and reviews. Skills / Technical Competencies * Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar languages. * Familiarity with automation protocols, robotics systems, and APIs. * Strong problem-solving and algorithm design skills. Nice to Haves * Experience with machine learning or data-driven systems. * Background in cheminformatics or laboratory robotics. * Knowledge of cloud frameworks and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
