Job Description
Design & Technology Teacher
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Design & Technology Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Halstead. This is a full-time, permanent position starting as soon as possible.
Salary: £32,916 – £51,047 (depending on experience and pay scale)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging DT lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the DT curriculum and resources.
Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Experience teaching Design & Technology at secondary level.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A passion for fostering creativity and practical skills in young people.
