About Our Client Our client is a leading provider of therapeutic residential care for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Their mission is to create safe, nurturing homes where every child can thrive and achieve their potential. The Role We are seeking a Dual Registered Manager to lead two specialist residential services – a solo placement and a 2-bed home – for children and young people aged 8–17. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will: Key Responsibilities * Act as Registered Manager for both homes, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations * Oversee day-to-day operations across two sites * Lead, motivate, and develop staff teams to deliver outstanding care * Promote a trauma-informed approach to care and support * Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and performance plans * Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for young people What We Offer * Competitive salary: £55,000 – £65,000 DOE * Performance-based bonus scheme * Vitality Health Insurance * Clear progression routes into senior operational roles * Ongoing CPD and training investment * Supportive on-call rota shared across management team * Company pension & statutory holiday entitlement * Regular team and company events What We’re Looking For * Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential childcare * At least 1 year in a managerial or deputy managerial role * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) * Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and safeguarding legislation * Proven ability to lead and inspire teams * Full UK driving licence Ready to lead with impact?
