London

Join one of the UK’s leading specialist M&E contractors, renowned for delivering complex ductwork and mechanical installations across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Ductwork Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of cost management, tendering, and contract administration across multiple high-profile projects.
You’ll be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of ductwork projects, from initial estimates and tender submissions to final account settlements. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and to specification.
The Role – Ductwork Quantity Surveyor

Manage cost control and commercial aspects across multiple live projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
*
Prepare and review tenders, valuations, variation orders, and final accounts for ductwork contracts.
*
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues.
*
Monitor project performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and financial targets.
*
Support contract negotiation, risk assessment, and procurement of materials and subcontractor packages.
The Successful Ductwork Quantity Surveyor Will Have:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E, ductwork, or mechanical services.
*
Strong knowledge of estimating, contract administration, and cost reporting for specialist subcontracting.
*
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation accurately.
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive commercial mindset.
