Job Description
Bridgeman Recruitment Services ( Agency) are currently looking for an experienced Dumper Driver to join our team on a busy construction site. The role involves operating forward tipping dumpers to transport materials safely and efficiently across the site while supporting groundworks operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Operate forward tipping dumper trucks safely and competently
*
Load, transport, and tip materials such as stone, muck, and aggregates
*
Assist with groundwork and labouring duties when required
*
Conduct daily checks and routine maintenance on the dumper
*
Comply with health and safety procedures and site rules at all times
*
Work closely with the site team and follow instructions from the site supervisor or foreman
Requirements:
*
Valid CPCS or NPORS card with Dumper category
*
Proven experience operating dumpers on construction or civils projects
*
Understanding of site safety procedures
*
PPE – hard hat, boots, hi-vis as minimum
*
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
Desirable:
*
CSCS card
*
Groundworks experience
*
Other plant tickets (e.g., roller, 360 excavator)Before You Apply
