Social Worker for Duty & Assessment Team in Shropshire

Randstad is pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our client's Duty & Assessment Team in Shropshire as a Social Worker. This role will be instrumental in providing essential support and services within the team.
Position Description
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for individuals and families.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
Provide direct social work services, including counseling and case management.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and educators.
Advocate for clients' rights and needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions.
Contribute to the overall improvement of services provided by the team.
Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
You have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience as a social worker.
You hold a relevant social work degree and are registered with Social Care England.
You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
You are a compassionate and dedicated individual committed to improving the lives of others.
You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
You are proficient in using relevant social work software and databases.
You are comfortable working with diverse populations.
Experience with safeguarding adults and/or children would be an advantage.
