Grand Opening Opportunity: Duty Manager – Chesterfield 🌟 Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is delighted to be working with a new and dynamic client preparing to launch one of Chesterfield’s most exciting venues this August! We’re recruiting for a talented Duty Manager to help bring this vibrant concept to life. This is not your average bar—we’re talking goldfish bowl cocktails, vibrant lighting, candyfloss garnishes, and an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your energy and experience will help shape a space that feels electric from the moment the doors open. 📍 Location: Chesterfield 💰 Salary: £35,000–£40,000 🕒 Schedule: 4 long working days + 2 days off per week 1 full weekend off every month Bar Hours: Mon–Wed: 9am–11:30pm Thurs–Sun: 9am–1am 🍸 Who You Are You bring 2–3 years of Duty Management experience in fast-paced hospitality settings A cocktail connoisseur with at least 2 years of mixing magic behind the bar A confident leader who creates a culture of support, professionalism, and fun Calm under pressure, with a genuine passion for dazzling guest experiences Enthusiastic, organised, and obsessed with creating the perfect vibe 🎯 Your Role Includes Overseeing daily operations and team motivation across bar shifts Delivering exceptional cocktail service and sharing your skills with your team Planning rotas, managing stock, and keeping everything running like clockwork Infusing personality into every guest interaction and raising the energy levels Supporting recruitment and team development from day one 🎁 What You’ll Get Competitive pay + real career progression One weekend OFF every month (yes, really!)
