Job Title: Dynamics 365 CCaaS Developer
Location: Luton, UK (Onsite)
Contract Type: Contract (6 months)
Day Rate: £425 per day (Inside IR35)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Service and CCaaS Developer to support the ongoing enhancement of a recently implemented contact centre platform. This role will focus on extending capabilities, improving integrations, and delivering scalable solutions across customer service and omnichannel environments.

This is an onsite role based in Luton, working on a high-impact transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

  * Design, build and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Service and CCaaS solutions

  * Configure and enhance omnichannel capabilities within Dynamics 365

  * Develop plugins, workflows, and PCF controls using C#

  * Integrate contact centre capabilities using Azure Communication Services

  * Support chatbot and voice bot development using Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio

  * Manage Dynamics solutions and deployments

  * Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

  * Develop reporting and analytics using Power BI

Required Skills & Experience

  * Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service module)

  * Proven experience with CCaaS (Dynamics 365 Contact Centre)

  * Power Platform development expertise

  * Experience with Power Virtual Agents or Copilot Studio

  * Azure Communication Services experience

  * Strong development skills in C# (.NET) and JavaScript

  * Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps

  * Power BI reporting and analytics experience

Desirable

  * Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models
