About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments and enjoys building robust, scalable solutions that enhance customer service operations. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our CRM capabilities, working closely with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Development & Configuration
* Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE to support customer service workflows and business needs.
* Implement and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline operations.
* Ensure all deployments follow automated CI/CD processes—manual deployments are strictly avoided.
* Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
CRM Customization
* Design and configure entities, views, forms, and business process flows.
* Set up and manage security roles and access controls.
* Develop custom plugins and JavaScript components to extend CRM functionality.
* (Bonus) Build Canvas Apps to enhance user experience and mobility.
Integration & Architecture Support
* Collaborate with the CRM Architect to document system configurations and integration points.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of Azure-based integrations and web applications.
* Maintain awareness of new Dynamics 365 features and platform updates.
Project & Delivery Responsibilities
* Work within agile delivery frameworks, contributing to sprint planning and execution.
* Provide timely updates on task progress and blockers.
* Align development efforts with project goals and timelines.
* Prioritize tasks based on business impact and delivery schedules.
Skills & Experience Required
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
* Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform capabilities.
* Strong experience with SaaS integrations and cloud-native architectures.
* Proficient in building plugins, workflows, cloud flows, and Azure Logic Apps.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git-based source control.
* Experience designing and deploying integrations in Azure.
* (Bonus) Exposure to SAP integration and Azure web app development.
