CRM Consultant
📍 Cannock, West Midlands | Permanent | Full-time
DCS Technology, in partnership with our client a Microsoft Gold Partner and consultancy are searching for a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join their rapidly growing team based in the Midlands.
💰 What's in it for you?
Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 per annum
Benefits: Bonus scheme, company pension, private healthcare, holiday allowance.
Working model: Hybrid (Office/work from home)
🤝 Your Role
Collaborate with the sales team to complete all pre-sales activities and documentation
Act as an escalation point for project managers
Manage the capacity and progress of CRM projects
Work to self-set and SLA deadlines to meet customer expectations
🎯 What You'll Need
Proven experience in a similar role with Dynamics 365
Deep knowledge and hold qualifications for Dynamics 365 products/solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
A customer-first and collaborative approach
Experience in NFP or public sectors is highly desirable
