Your new role
Manage the end-to-end process of administration client uploads onto the relevant eBilling platforms as requested
Maintenance of eBilling mailboxes and ensuring queries are resolved on a timely basis
Client reconciliation reports are updated and maintained on a regular basis.
Provide a high level of professional customer service to internal and external customers appropriate to a highly regarded international Law Firm
The ability to challenge key stakeholders both internal and external and build and maintain relationships
Ensure client accruals are entered into the eBilling platforms timely and accurately based on clients timeframes
What you'll need to succeed
Accounts department experience, including reconciliation experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent data input skills with first-time accuracy
Good IT skills and experience in financial applications. General technological awareness
Experience of legal billing (preferred)
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience of working in a multi-currency environment (preferred)
Experience of working in a shared service environment (preferred)
Competent Excel and Word user
