Job Description

Are you an ambitious E-Commerce professional ready to take full ownership of multi-brand online stores and deliver explosive growth? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation where your ideas are valued, your expertise is trusted, and your impact is seen every single day. We’re on the lookout for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager who lives and breathes digital performance. If you thrive on improving customer journeys, increasing conversion rates, launching revenue-boosting products and creating seamless online experiences, you’ll feel right at home here. This is your chance to step into a highly commercial, hands-on role where you’ll shape strategy, elevate performance and build real momentum across multiple online brands As an E-Commerce Manager, you will take charge of driving growth through data-led decision making, smart optimisation and innovative digital execution. Your work will directly influence online revenue, customer satisfaction and long-term brand success. Key Responsibilities: * Manage, maintain and optimise online stores across several brands — including product setup, pricing strategy, on-site navigation and promotional activity. * Own and report on essential e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, revenue and customer retention. * Plan and execute online campaigns aligned with wider marketing and content calendars. * Collaborate with developers and web teams to roll out improvements, new features and enhanced customer journeys. * Create, launch and refine product bundles, upsells, cross-sell journeys and high-performing checkout experiences. * Run continuous A/B testing to optimise landing pages, product pages and purchase flows. What skills you will need: We want someone who’s not just good at e-commerce — but passionate about it. You’ll bring: * Proven e-commerce management experience and a strong commercial mindset. * Confidence using analytics tools to turn data into actionable growth strategies. * Experience working with Magento (essential). * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple brands and stakeholders. * A proactive, test-and-learn approach — curious, creative and always looking for the next opportunity to improve performance. What You’ll Get in Return This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, creativity and commercial influence. You’ll have space to innovate, experiment and make a measurable impact — all within a supportive, collaborative team. Benefits include: * The opportunity to shape and grow a key strategic area of the business. * Freedom to test new ideas and see fast, tangible results. * A collaborative, forward-thinking working environment. * Competitive salary and benefits package
