E-commerce Operations Manager
Location: Ramsgate
Salary: Highly competitive DOE

We’re hiring on behalf of a confidential client – a fast-growing startup based in Kent – for a full-time E-commerce Operations Manager.
This is an on-site role, Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:3.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll be joining a small, passionate team committed to making a difference. The successful candidate will be a conscientious, empathetic leader who thrives on empowering others and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead and support the fulfilment, pick & pack, production, and dispatch teams
* Delegate tasks effectively and align workloads with team strengths
* Track performance metrics and report regularly
* Coach and train staff, fostering a positive team culture
* Manage performance and interpersonal issues professionally
* Collaborate with marketing to forecast demand and ensure readiness
* Enforce safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
* Own onboarding and training for new hires
* Think critically and proactively seek feedback
Candidate requirements:
* Proven experience in line management and coaching
* Background in operational or warehouse environments
* Comfortable and competent with using AI
* You must drive and have your own vehicle
* Positive, organised, and proactive approach
* Genuine desire to help others and make a difference
* High integrity and customer-first mindset
