Job Title: E&I Installation Site Supervisor (Working Supervisor)
Location: UK-wide travel (Monday–Friday)
Hours: Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week (basic)
Contract Type: Perm
Hourly Rate: £22.90 (Home Rate) / £24.91 (Away Rate) – overtime available
On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an experienced and hands-on E&I Installation Site Supervisor to manage and deliver high-quality electrical and instrumentation installations across various client sites throughout the UK. This is a working supervisor role, requiring frequent travel and overnight stays. The role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, with long-term potential for the right candidate.
E&I Installation Site Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and participate in the installation of E&I systems on client sites
Lead and coordinate team members and subcontractors to maintain safety and quality
Conduct CompEx inspections and final sign-off for hazardous areas
Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and complete all required documentation
Deliver projects to tight deadlines and ensure commissioning paperwork is completed
Maintain high safety standards and quality assurance throughout the project
E&I Installation Site Supervisor Essential Requirements:
Qualified Electrician (C&G, Apprenticeship, AM2 or equivalent)
C&G 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent
CCNSG Safety Passport
SHEA Gas
SCO 1 & 2
TEM 2, 3 & 4
COMPEX certification
Experience in a working supervisor role managing small teams
E&I Installation Site Supervisor Desirable Attributes:
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with clients
Good knowledge of E&I drawings and systems
Willingness to travel and stay away as required
Proactive and reliable team player
Awareness of Health & Safety and CDM site regulations
