Salary: £120 – £140 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term; Full-Time / Part-Time

As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will have the chance to build confidence in classroom management, refine your teaching skills, and gain valuable insight into the workings of different school environments. Early Career Teacher Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of diverse pupils
Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team planning
Promote positive behaviour and encourage academic achievement
Contribute to school life, including events and enrichment activities
Engage in CPD and reflect on teaching practice for continuous growth
Adhere to safeguarding and child protection policies
Requirements for the Role:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) awarded through a recognised route
Sound knowledge of the national curriculum
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with school staff
A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Updated CV and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
