Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all pupils.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess and track pupil progress in line with school policies.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, activities, or events.
Work closely with your mentor, senior leaders, and colleagues to develop your practice.Requirements
QTS (or working towards completion).
Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
