Smile Education is working with primary schools in Sutton Coldfield that are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join their supply teaching team.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing your ECT induction
A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
Classroom experience within EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Flexibility and adaptability across year groups
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)What We Offer:
