Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Primary School

Are you an Early Career Teacher looking for the perfect school to start your teaching career?

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work within welcoming and supportive primary schools.

Whether you're looking for your first permanent position, a long-term role or supply work to build your classroom experience, we can help you find an opportunity that suits you.

The Role

As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to:

Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons

Teach within EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Develop your classroom and behaviour management skills

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Monitor and support pupil progress

Adapt lessons to meet different abilities and learning needs

Work alongside experienced teachers, TAs and support staff

Build valuable experience across primary school settings

Develop your confidence and teaching practice

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds or is working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Is completing or has recently completed their teacher training

Is passionate and enthusiastic about primary education

Has a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum

Is confident, positive and eager to develop

Can build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues

Is committed to helping every child achieve their potential
