Full Time Vacancy (8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday)Early Career Teacher Specification
We are currently seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to work in a Primary School based in Oldbury on a full-time and long-term basis. Our client is looking for an ECT to work within KS1. The successful candidate will be supported throughout their induction period by experienced, in-school mentors, regular CPD and a school culture that focus on continuous professional growth.
Working as an ECT in our client's school, you will be expected but not limited to:
Plan, mark and assess differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum,
Work collaboratively with staff
Parents and all those in the school community
Attend staff meetings including CPD
Have high expectations of behaviour and motivate pupils through high-quality teaching and management.The school offers a fantastic working environment with a welcoming, cooperative team. Requirements:
You must be a qualified Primary Teacher with QTS
A passion for working with young children
Have a nurturing approach and the ability to support young children effectively
Hold a Level 1 Safeguarding qualification
A proactive and reflective attitude towards professional development
Be dedicated to the progress and well-being of young learners
