Early Career Teacher About the role Are you a passionate and ambitious Early Career Teacher ready to begin your teaching journey in a supportive and inspiring environment? Key responsibilities You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum, while receiving tailored mentorship from an experienced class teacher. The school has an excellent ECT induction programme and values professional development – with frequent CPD opportunities, in-class support, and pathways to future leadership roles.
