Early Career Teacher Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to take your first steps into a rewarding teaching role? About the role Working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), you will deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love for learning. You'll receive support every step of the way to develop your confidence, refine your teaching practice, and grow professionally.
