Role Overview:
As an Early Career Teacher, you will work alongside experienced staff to deliver engaging lessons, support pupils’ progress, and grow your confidence in behaviour management and curriculum delivery. Whether you’re looking for short-term roles to build experience or a long-term position to begin your induction, we’re here to support you.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons under the guidance of experienced teachers or independently.
Build a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
Reflect on your teaching practice and engage in professional development.
Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents.
Requirements for Early Career Teachers:
Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
Completed teacher training and ready to begin your induction year.
A proactive, reflective, and passionate approach to teaching.
Willingness to take on feedback and grow professionally.
Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
