Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS or Primary National Curriculum • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and parents • Participate in training and development sessions as part of your ECT induction Requirements • UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) awarded or expected by September 2025 • Passion for early years or primary education • Excellent communication and organisational skills • A proactive, reflective, and enthusiastic attitude • Commitment to continuous professional development Benefits • Excellent daily rates: £160–£210 per day • A highly supportive and experienced school team • Tailored ECT induction and mentoring • Opportunities for professional growth and potential long-term employment • Great transport links and on-site parking available Why Work via Teach Now?
