Have strong curriculum knowledge across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
Deliver creative, purposeful lessons that connect learning to real-life contexts.
Inspire curiosity through outdoor learning and hands-on experiences.
Use a range of formative and summative assessments to inform planning and close learning gaps.
Work collaboratively with classroom staff and engage parents as partners in the learning process.
