Full Time Vacancy (8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday)Early Career Teacher Specification
We are currently seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to work in a supportive, one-form entry, OFSTED 'Good' school in Walsall on a full-time and long-term basis. Our client is looking for an ECT to work within Reception (EYFS). The successful Early Career Teacher will benefit from a well-structured induction programme, guided by experienced in-school mentors, high-quality ongoing CPD, and a nurturing school environment that actively promotes learning, reflection, and professional development.
Working as an ECT in our client's school, you will be expected but not limited to:
Plan, mark and assess differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum,
Work collaboratively with staff
Parents and all those in the school community
Attend staff meetings including CPD
Have high expectations of behaviour and motivate pupils through high-quality teaching and management.Our client provides an outstanding working environment, characterised by a warm, collaborative team ethos. Requirements:
You must be a qualified Primary Teacher with QTS
A passion for working with young children
Have a nurturing approach and the ability to support young children effectively
Hold a Level 1 Safeguarding qualification
Be dedicated to the progress and well-being of young learners
