Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Year 4 Opportunity in a Supportive Birmingham School Location: Perry Barr, Birmingham Start Date: September 2025 Salary: MPS1 Contract: Full-Time, Temporary (Ongoing) Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to begin your teaching journey in a school that values, supports, and invests in new talent? A well-regarded, two-form entry Primary School in the Perry Barr area of Birmingham is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated ECT to join their team this September. You'll be teaching a vibrant Year 4 class, supported every step of the way through a carefully structured induction and mentoring programme.
