Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Year 4 Opportunity in a Supportive Birmingham School
Location: Perry Barr, Birmingham
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: MPS1
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary (Ongoing)
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

A well-regarded, two-form entry Primary School in the Perry Barr area of Birmingham is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated ECT to join their team this September. You'll be teaching a vibrant Year 4 class, supported every step of the way through a carefully structured induction and mentoring programme.

What You'll Be Doing:

Contributing to school life through team meetings, CPD, and collaborative initiatives
Creating a classroom environment where expectations are high and every child is encouraged to succeed
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Primary Teacher with QTS (or soon to be qualified)
A passion for helping children thrive, with a particular interest in Key Stage 2
A nurturing, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
Committed to professional development and working as part of a team
An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
