Are you an Early Career Teacher looking to build your experience and make a real impact in secondary education?
Veritas Education is proud to support newly qualified teachers across Wakefield as they begin their teaching journey. We work in partnership with a wide range of secondary schools offering both short-term and long-term placements tailored to your subject specialism and career goals.
Role Overview:
As an ECT with Veritas Education, you will:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Receive support and guidance from experienced consultants and school mentors.
Gain valuable classroom experience across a variety of settings.
Contribute to the wider school community and uphold high standards of safeguarding and behaviour.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
