Simply Education are always looking for enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to support schools in the Grantham area. Whether you're seeking flexible day-to-day supply to build classroom experience, or a long-term position to begin your teaching journey, we have roles to suit you!
What you'll do:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons
Support the progress, learning, and well-being of all pupils
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure pupil success
Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to aid development
What we're looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards completion of your ECT year
