Early Careers Recruiter
* A self-starter that is motivated to achieve results.
* 4+ years of prior experience in Campus / Early Careers recruiting is a must.
* Demonstrated experience in coordinating large-scale recruitment events such as assessment days and campus visits, including logistical planning and execution.
* Working knowledge with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferred Workday. Familiarity with managing candidate data and process flows within such systems is required.
* Good experience in handling large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in data management processes.
* Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use pivot tables, and perform data analysis to articulate and analyze feedback.
* Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
* Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and resonate with colleagues.
* Meticulous attention to detail; robust organizational skills including strong scheduling and coordination competencies.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment calmly and courteously; willing to adapt to changing situations.
