Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to kick-start your teaching journey in a supportive and welcoming school? Teaching Personnel is working with a fantastic primary school in Middlesbrough seeking a dedicated Teacher to join their team.

About the Role:
Full-time classroom teaching role
Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
Foster a positive, inspiring learning environment
Work closely with senior staff and mentors to support your ECT development
Assess and track pupil progress in line with national expectations

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Passionate, enthusiastic, and ready to begin or continue your teaching journey
Strong understanding of the KS1/2 curriculum
Eagerness to grow professionally and contribute to the wider school community
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
