Trainee Assessor – Early Years Assessor

Salary: £25,709 | Full-time, Permanent | Monday–Friday, 9:00–16:30 | Cardiff-based with regional travel

Ready to shape the next generation of childcare professionals? This exciting trainee role offers the chance to support apprenticeship learners through hands-on guidance, workplace assessments, and tailored development plans—helping them build the skills they need to thrive.

You’ll be trained to work closely with learners in real-world settings, delivering high-quality training, tracking progress, and ensuring outstanding standards every step of the way. No two days are the same, with a mix of coaching, assessment, and development planning.
