At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Assessor/Tutor to deliver and assess on Early Years Educator
This is a permanent, full-time role, based on a hybrid model with flexibility to work from home and on site in the office (NE23).
You will be part of a dedicated, learner focused team helping apprentices build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in real world education settings.
What you will be doing:
-Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching both online and face to face
-Support and assess apprentices throughout their learning journey
-Use E portfolios to monitor progress and prepare learners for End Point Assessment
-Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners thrive
-Collaborate with employers and colleagues to deliver meaningful learning experiences
What we are looking for:
-Relevant Early Years or education qualifications with industry experience
-Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
-TAQA or equivalent Assessor qualification or willingness to achieve
-Confident using online platforms and delivering remote learning
-Passionate, organised and motivated to see learners succeed
