Salary: £25,398 – £28,080 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Summary:
A well-established, family-run nursery with over 30 years of experience is looking for a passionate Early Years Educator to join its growing team. With a newly purpose-built setting for over 120 children, this nursery is committed to achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating and fostering a supportive, career-building environment for its staff.

Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare
Experience in an early years setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for child development through play-based learning
Solid understanding of the EYFS framework
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework
Support children's development in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive areas
Observe and assess progress, maintaining accurate records
Ensure a safe, stimulating environment that fosters learning and exploration
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
