Early Years Enhanced Learning Provision Practitioner (SEND) 🌟
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Academics is looking for a passionate Early Years Enhanced Learning Provision Practitioner to support children aged 0-5 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a welcoming primary school in Epsom.
The Role
Deliver 1:1 and group support based on IEPs/EHCPs.
Create an inclusive, nurturing environment.
Work with SENCOs, teachers, and external professionals.
Engage parents/carers and track children's progress.
Support personal care routines when needed.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Early Years (EYFS).
Strong understanding of SEND.
Patient, adaptable, and nurturing.
Confident working in a team and following safeguarding policies.
