Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm)

About the Role:
Winlight Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioner / Educator to join a friendly and dedicated team across multiple Children’s Centres in Hillingdon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality care and early education in a supportive, child-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children aged 0-5 years
*
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
*
Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to promote the well-being and learning of every child
*
Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress to support individual learning needs
*
Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are always followed
Requirements:
*
A minimum NVQ Level 2 in Children & Young People / Childcare (or equivalent)
*
Previous experience working in an Early Years setting
*
Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
*
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
*
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
