Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking to take the next step in your career?
Alex at SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a nurturing and well-established nursery in the London Borough of Islington who are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis from September 2025 to July 2026.
The successful candidate will hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification and ideally have experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN). Previous Room Leader experience is highly desirable, although not essential.
Key details of the role:
Rotating shift pattern between 8:00am - 6:00pm, working between 35-37.5 hours per week
All Year Round (AYR) role with 28 days annual leave, including two weeks closure at Christmas and two weeks in August
Opportunity to work in a supportive, inclusive, and child-centred environment
Contribute to planning, observations and creating engaging learning opportunities
Ideal candidate attributes:
CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
SEN experience and a genuine passion for inclusive Early Years education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A flexible and proactive attitude to daily nursery life
