Job Title: Early Years Practitioner (EYP) Location: Rotherham Salary: £86 - £100 per day (Depending on Experience) Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time Passionate about nurturing young minds and laying strong foundations for lifelong learning? Step into a fulfilling Early Years Practitioner role this September! GSL Education are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner (EYP) to join a nurturing setting in Rotherham. As an EYP, this role is ideal for individuals who are committed to supporting children's development in their crucial early years. Responsibilities as an Early Years Practitioner: Support the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Assist in planning and delivering appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Observe and record children’s progress, identifying areas for further development. Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s individual needs. Requirements for Early Years Practitioner: A minimum of Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare is essential. Previous experience in an early year’s setting is highly desirable. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A nurturing, patient, and positive approach. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). A full CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps explained. Why Work with GSL Education?
