Job Description
Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking to make a real difference in children’s lives? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our friendly nursery team based in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner who is committed to delivering the highest standards of care and education.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development through creative, play-based activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will work closely with a team of skilled educators to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children’s curiosity and confidence.
* Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress.
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensuring all safeguarding, health, and safety requirements are met at all times.
* Contributing to a happy, inclusive, and supportive team culture.
Requirements:
* A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
* Proven experience working as an Early Years Practitioner within a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting young children’s growth and well-being.

* Competitive salary of £28,000 and above, depending on experience.
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
