The Role: What You'll Be Doing
We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and a commitment to creating inspiring learning environments. Responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging, child-led activities that promote independence and holistic development.
Conducting observations and maintaining accurate records to track children's progress against the Early Learning Goals (ELGs).
Working closely with the class teacher and other support staff to ensure a seamless and challenging learning experience.
Fostering strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Contributing to the wider life and positive culture of the EYFS setting.
Requirements
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 CACHE/NVQ in Childcare, or equivalent degree).
Proven experience working as an Early Years Practitioner or similar role within a UK Primary School setting.
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and statutory requirements.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
