Early Years Practitioner | Waltham Forest | Level 2/3 Qualified | £13.69-£15.87 per hour | ASAP Start
Reeson Education is working with a number of welcoming nurseries and primary schools across Waltham Forest that are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join their early years teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to help create a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment where young children can flourish.
Role Details for the Early Years Practitioner:
Pay: £13.69-£15.87 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shifts between 8am and 6pm (depending on setting)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Across nurseries and schools in Waltham Forest
Your Responsibilities as an Early Years Practitioner:
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for EYFS pupils
Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
Maintain accurate observations and contribute to learning journals
Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to ensure every child thrives
Requirements for the Early Years Practitioner:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential
Previous experience working in a nursery or EYFS classroom
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
A caring, energetic, and team-focused approach
