Your Role and Responsibilities:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
* Deliver outstanding care and education to children, ensuring all learning experiences meet the highest standards.
* Plan, implement, and evaluate exciting, age-appropriate activities following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Keep observations, assessments, and learning journeys up-to-date to support each child’s development.
* Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment that celebrates diversity and promotes British values.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children, responding to concerns in line with safeguarding policies.
* Complete all required documentation, including registration forms, daily records, and development reports.
* Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure every child’s individual needs are met.
