Are you an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Early Years Educator looking to take the next step in your childcare career? Our welcoming and well-established Woodford Green Nursery is currently recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Educators to join our passionate team.
We have exciting opportunities available across multiple rooms, giving you the chance to work with a range of age groups and make a lasting impact on children’s early learning experiences. Whether you’re newly qualified or bringing years of experience, we’ll provide a nurturing and supportive environment where you can continue to grow and shine.
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development, learning, and wellbeing of every child in your care. You’ll help to plan and deliver engaging activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, encourage curiosity and creativity, and ensure that every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
What we’re looking for:
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
* A passion for helping young children thrive and develop to their full potential
* A kind, caring, and professional approach with excellent teamwork skills
* A sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
* Strong communication and organisational skills
