Salary: £31,590 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts of 07:15–17:00 and 09:00–18:45
Contract: Full-time (Part-time/job share may be considered)

Are you a passionate, caring, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking for the next step in your childcare career? We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming and supportive South Croydon team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about helping children thrive and achieve their full potential in a nurturing early years environment.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged from birth to five years. You will help create inspiring learning experiences, support each child’s individual development, and work closely with parents and carers to ensure every child feels valued, safe, and happy. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the setting.
