Hours: 7:45am – 6:00pm (4 or 5 days per week)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking to make a real difference in the lives of babies and young children? We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our warm and nurturing baby room team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with nursery experience who loves creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for our youngest learners.
As an Early Years Practitioner in our baby room, you will play a key role in supporting each child’s early development, encouraging curiosity, and fostering strong emotional bonds. You will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, communication, and early social skills. Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues, you’ll ensure that every baby feels secure, happy, and valued throughout their day.
We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner who is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding childcare. You should hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) and have hands-on nursery experience—especially in the baby room. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for working with children are essential.
