Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant pre-school unit in Streatham Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who truly loves working with children aged 3 and 4 years old and is eager to make a positive impact in their early learning journey.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality education and care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will work alongside a friendly and supportive team to create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Position Details:
* Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or above in Early Years Education or equivalent
* Unit: Pre-school (3 & 4 years old)
* Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day)
* Pay Rate: £13+ per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
* Start Date: As soon as possible
* Location: Streatham Hill
We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner who is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to delivering outstanding childcare. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of child development, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning through play.
As an Early Years Practitioner, your responsibilities will include planning and implementing engaging activities, observing and assessing children’s progress, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with parents and carers to ensure every child’s individual needs are met.
