We are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and welcoming setting. This job is for someone who enjoys working with young children, understands their needs, and wants to help them learn and grow every day. If you are an early years practitioner who likes a warm, steady environment where your work is valued, this could be the right place for you.
In this role, you will help create a safe and caring space for children. As an early years practitioner, you will support daily routines, set up activities, and encourage children to explore and develop new skills. You will help them build confidence, support their communication, and guide them through play that helps them learn. We want someone who is calm, patient, and happy to work as part of a team.
You will work 40 hours a week over either four or five days, depending on what suits you best. Your salary will be from £28,000 per year. We believe that an early years practitioner should be paid fairly for the important work they do, and we aim to create a positive workplace where staff feel supported and respected.
We also value simple, honest communication. You do not need to be overly formal or full of fancy words. We just need an Early Years Practitioner who cares about children, shows kindness, and brings a positive attitude to work each day. You will work closely with other practitioners, parents, and the leadership team to make sure every child feels safe, listened to, and included.
If you are a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who wants a role where you can feel confident, comfortable, and appreciated, we would love to meet you. You will have the chance to grow your skills, share your ideas, and be part of a team that works together with consistency and care.
