Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Bishops Stortford
Full-Time | 42 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday
Temporary Position with the Opportunity to Go Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a caring and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a modern, forward-thinking nursery in Bishops Stortford. This role is full-time, working 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The position starts on a temporary basis, but if a permanent role is what you’re seeking, the nursery would be more than happy to welcome you to the team long-term.
About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0–5. Key duties include:
Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
Planning and delivering exciting activities in line with the EYFS
Observing and recording children’s development and progress
Building positive relationships with children and their families
Supporting children’s personal, social and emotional growth
Ensuring safeguarding, welfare, and health & safety procedures are followed
Working collaboratively with a friendly, supportive team
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
A genuine passion for early education and child development
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
A nurturing, proactive and positive approach
