Key Requirements
* Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3 Diploma).
* Experience: Minimum 6 months’ recent experience as a qualified Early Years Practitioner.
* Transport: Access to a reliable vehicle with valid business car insurance.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with EYFS.
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Adhere to all nursery policies, especially safeguarding and health & safety.
